Building Better Practices. Creating Better Outcomes.

Dental Impact was created to help dentists grow — and just as importantly, to help patients.

Through Dental Impact Partnerships, we selectively partner with dentists to acquire and develop existing dental practices, strengthening them into high-performing, patient-centred businesses.

Our goal is simple: to support excellent clinicians in building exceptional practices that deliver outstanding patient experiences, sustainable growth, long-term success, increased profitability, and higher business valuations.

What Are Dental Impact Partnerships?

Dental Impact Partnerships are selective, long-term collaborations that may arise for dentists who complete the Dental Impact course and demonstrate strong alignment with our values, standards, and approach to care.

Partnerships are by invitation only and are not guaranteed.

Where appropriate, Dental Impact may:

  • Partner with dentists looking to purchase dental practices
  • Buy into an existing practice, often at a premium valuation
  • Support dentists who lack capital or experience to take the next step
  • Accelerate practice growth through proven strategy, systems, and guidance

Each partnership is structured individually, with clear agreements established upfront.

Who Are These Partnerships For?

Partnerships may suit dentists who:

  • Are growth-minded and values-driven

  • Want to build or scale one or more high-quality dental practices

  • Prioritise patient experience and clinical excellence

  • Are open to structure, collaboration, and long-term thinking

  • Prefer not to carry the full risk of ownership alone

Whether you are early in your ownership journey or already running a practice with untapped potential, partnerships may be explored where there is strong mutual alignment.

Experience That Removes Guesswork

Dr Nik has analysed over 400 dental practices across a wide range of locations, sizes, and business models. This experience has provided a deep understanding of which practices are positioned for long-term success — and which ones carry structural, operational, or financial risks that can limit growth or destroy value.

This allows Dental Impact to:

  • Identify high-potential practices efficiently
  • Avoid flawed or high-risk acquisitions
  • Assess opportunities beyond surface-level numbers
  • Focus only on practices with strong fundamentals and clear upside

For partner dentists, this can eliminate two to ten years of searching, uncertainty, and costly trial and error — helping you avoid buying into the wrong practice and fast-track your journey into a growth-ready business. Your time is precious, and by getting into the right business sooner, your wealth can compound faster and more predictably over the long term.

How the Partnership Model Works

Every partnership is unique. However, the general framework may include:

  • Equity participation by Dental Impact (typically 25%–51%)
  • A one-off strategic advisory phase focused on:
    • Practice structure and systems
    • Clinical productivity and efficiency
    • Team performance and leadership
    • Patient experience and long-term growth
  • Ongoing strategic alignment, without day-to-day operational interference

Our role is to remove unnecessary complexity and decision fatigue, allowing you to execute using proven, evidence-based systems — no trial and error.

Where appropriate, we may also assist with access to funding, including up to 100% of the clinic acquisition or growth capital.

Our Approach to Valuation

When partnering in an existing practice, Dental Impact is prepared to pay the highest multiples in the market.

We do this because we are confident in our ability to:

  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Increase profitability
  • Enhance patient experience
  • Grow the long-term value of the business

This creates a genuine win-win outcome — immediate value for the existing owner, combined with meaningful upside through future growth.

Why Dental Impact Partnerships Exist

Many dentists:

  • Want to own a practice but lack capital or guidance
  • Own a practice but feel stuck or under-utilised
  • Carry all the risk and pressure alone
  • Want to free up equity without compromising quality or control

Dental Impact Partnerships exist to:

  • Reduce unnecessary friction and risk
  • Share hard-earned experience and lessons learned
  • Build practices that are clinically excellent and commercially sound
  • Ultimately improve patient outcomes through better-run practices

How This Relates to the Dental Impact Course

The Dental Impact course is where alignment begins.

The course allows us to:

  • Work closely with dentists
  • Understand mindset, values, and capability
  • See who implements, leads, and grows effectively

Partnership opportunities may arise after the course, based on mutual fit — not as a promise, but as a natural progression for the right dentists.

A Long-Term View

Dental Impact Partnerships are built with a long-term mindset.

By forming multiple aligned partnerships over time, we aim to:

  • Support dentists in a meaningful way
  • Create lasting value within practices
  • Improve patient care at scale
  • Build sustainable, ethical growth for all parties involved
