Who’s Behind Dental Impact
Dental Impact was founded by Dr Nikesh and Sima — a husband-and-wife team who have built, scaled, and optimised high-performing dental practices. Dr Nikesh has been a practising dentist since 2009 and a clinic owner since 2014, giving him deep, real-world insight into both clinical dentistry and business performance.
From starting a squat practice to acquiring and transforming Swish Dental into a multi-clinic business generating over $6M+ in annual revenue, with BDO accountants recognising it as one of the top-performing clinics in the country, their focus has always remained the same: delivering exceptional patient care alongside strong, sustainable financial results.
Over the years, Dr Nikesh has assessed more than 400 dental clinics, giving him a unique understanding of how dramatically clinical performance, efficiency, and business outcomes can vary — and, more importantly, what separates average practices from high-performing ones.
He has taught dentists across his clinics, helping them significantly improve patient care, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and daily production through practical, repeatable systems that are used daily in practice.
Alongside this, he has developed a strong foundation in wealth creation, using dentistry as a platform to generate income, invest strategically, and build long-term financial freedom.

Dr Nik
Dr Nik, a graduate of King’s College London with a Master’s in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, brings clinical expertise and sharp business acumen, identifying the right opportunities and strategies to grow practices successfully.
Sima
Sima brings a Business degree from Durham University and extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and advertising, shaping their practices’ branding, patient engagement, and overall growth.
Together
Together, they have partnered with globally respected educators to create two results-driven courses that deliver immediate, measurable impact for dentists, combining clinical excellence, business strategy, and practical tools to accelerate growth and build thriving, sustainable practices.
