About Dental Impact
Meet the Founder, Dr Nik
Dr. Nikesh is not your typical dental educator. With 16 years of clinical experience and a Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry from King's College London, he has built a reputation that speaks for itself — over 900 five-star Google reviews and the trust of thousands of patients.
In 2014 he opened a squat practice. In 2016 and 2017 he took over two clinics operating 5 chairs and $2.4 million in turnover — and transformed them into Swish Dental a $5.8 million operation running on 3 chairs. Fewer chairs. More than double the revenue. All while working two days a week clinically.
Now, alongside his wife Sima, Dr. Nik has distilled everything he's learned into practical, results-driven courses built for dentists who are ready to improve patient care, think about dentistry differently and work less whilst earning more.
